Directions for Use
Place 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of oil into your mouth and swish gently for 5–15 minutes. Do not swallow. Spit the oil into a bin (not the sink), rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water, then brush your teeth as part of your daily oral care routine.
